Swimming is a great way to get fit. It carries far less risk of injury than most other sports because the body is not constantly forced to absorb impacts.
We have concentrated on front crawl because that’s the stroke that most people want to swim, but there are sections with tips for improving backstroke and breaststroke, and a butterfly section which has some exercises to teach yourself from scratch if you want to.

There are also sections on tumble turns and training aids.
